Terms and Conditions
To make a booking we take a deposit of the first nights stay (full payment if staying one night). If your stay is cancelled before 14 days of your arrival, it is fully refunded. If you cancel within 14 days then a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged. In the event of a no show on or after arrival the date, then the full cost of the booking will be charged.
Any alterations to your stay are welcome up to the day of arrival without penalty, providing accommodation is available for your new dates. If a higher price is applicable then this will apply to the changes made.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex and do not make a charge when used for the deposit or full payment on departure. Alternatively cash or BACS can be used to settle the account. All prices include breakfast and all appropriate taxes.
Minimum stay requirements are applicable from Easter until 30th September as follows:
- Friday and Saturday nights as a two night booking for all rooms.
- Double and King Size rooms have a two night minimum throughout the period,
- The singles, twin and compact double are one night stays.
Bookings are not transferable to anyone else.
Check-In is usually from 4pm to 7pm but can be at any time of the day to suit you as long as we know in advance.
Check-out is before 11am. If you are staying longer in Falmouth before leaving, you can leave you bags for later collection.
We will collect and deliver you back to the train station or coach stop on The Moor for no extra charge, providing we are available.
We don’t have any family rooms and don’t take guests under 18 years of age.
We’re sorry but we don’t allow any pets, even though we have two lovely black Labradors who live downstairs with us.
There is off road parking for up to 4 cars available on the ‘first come, first served’ basis as well as plenty of space on Avenue Road and other roads nearby.
Breakfast is served from 8am to 9am everyday of the week. Arrangements can be made if you require something outside of these times, so please let us know on booking or arrival.
We can cater for most dietary needs and have vegetarian sausages, gluten free bread and cereals, as well as dairy free milk and spread.
Camelot has one ground floor room, the Junior Suite, and has no specifically adapted accommodation for the disabled. There is one small step to access the house. Some bathrooms have a step to access.
